10 Ugliest Cars at SEMA 2011

SEMA Show is the premier automotive specialty products trade event in the world and is not open to general public (as expected). Held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, it is home to the some of the hottest products from the automotive, truck and SUV, powersports, and RV markets, but all is not gold here either as the Special Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show is also a place for car enthusiasts to show off their customizations. While some steal the limelight, there are some so un-sophisticated and infact downright awful, there ought to be a dubious award show for them all together. Today, we list down some of the ugliest looking cars and motorcycles at SEMA 2011.

No 10. Wizards Custom Bike

What could be the possible inspiration of this ‘thing’? Forget the orange juice paint job for a moment, and take a look at the size of that front wheel. How could this bike possibly steer properly?

No 9. Lowrider Ice Cream Truck

Another nominee in the orange category is this amazing ice cream truck.

Who would possibly buy ice cream from this beautiful truck? It would fend off kids rather than attract them and to top it off, the guy’s head at the top is smoking a cigarette.

No 8. Spider-Man Celica

Spider-Man is a great comic book and it made a fantastic movie series, too. What this car does is, spoil the great franchise.

No 7. Kicker Colombia

The paintjob on this one couldn’t get any more…pathetic. This is, pure and simple, one tasteless Honda. Rumours are Honda are planning a lawsuit against this tuner, ah no, kidding, at least they should warn this guy.

No 6. 1944 Mack Fire Truck

This is a Mack fire truck powered by a transplanted Viper V-10 engine. Supposed to be a classic, this truck turned out to be exactly the opposite and a crowd puller for all the wrong reasons.

No 5. Save Mart Dragster

Just look at the picture and get the point.

I wonder when would Walmart allow these private cart in their premises.

No 4. Decoliner

I don’t know what the designers tried to accomplish here, but it seems they certainly couldn’t make it. Inspired from Little Miss Sunshine perhaps?

No 3. Star Wars VW

A car in tribute to some ad is really not an idea to buy you some fame, infact it makes you look awful. Try something better next time.

No 2. Custom ‘Vette

The weird white ring to appear as whitwalls on the wheels blows it for this car. All the chrome trip has been changed to aluminum too and this really looks appalling.

No 1. Yellow Spinosaurus

Well, the ugliest car in the list is probably very badly inspired from the Transformers. A view from every possible angle and there is nothing right about this one other, facepalms and facepalms.
